These Terms of Service govern your use of kyootek.io and your purchase of the AI for Controllers Academy, AI Finance Deployment engagements, the Claude AI prompt library, and Excel finance templates sold by Kyootek AI Finance ("Kyootek", "we", "us"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Who We Are

2. The AI for Controllers Academy
- The Academy is a one-time purchase ($549) granting lifetime, on-demand access to 32 video lessons and accompanying materials, delivered through Podia.
- Access is personal to the purchaser and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
- A 7-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase. Refund requests after 7 days are evaluated case by case.
- We may update course content over time; purchasers retain access to all future updates at no extra cost.
3. AI Finance Deployment Engagements
- Deployment engagements (starting at $12,500) are scoped individually and confirmed by a written proposal or statement of work before work begins.
- Payment terms, deliverables, and timelines are set out in that proposal and take precedence over these general terms where they conflict.
- Cancellation terms for an active engagement are as stated in the signed proposal.
4. Excel Templates & Digital Products
- Templates (Portfolio Tracker, Risk Analysis Dashboard, Tax Optimizer, Dividend Tracker, Finance Pro Bundle) are sold as one-time digital downloads via Stripe or Gumroad checkout.
- Because these are instantly delivered digital files, sales are final once the file has been downloaded, except where the product is materially defective.
- Templates are licensed for use by the purchaser and, where stated, their direct clients — not for resale or redistribution of the file itself.
5. Claude AI Prompt Library
The free prompt library is provided for your own use in financial reporting, variance analysis, and close workflows. Prompts may be adapted for internal use; the library itself may not be repackaged or resold.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use kyootek.io or its products to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, or attempt to resell, scrape, or redistribute our paid content without authorization.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content, templates, prompts, and site content remain the intellectual property of Kyootek AI Finance. Purchase grants a license to use the product as described above, not ownership of the underlying material.
8. No Financial Advice
Kyootek's templates, course content, and prompts are educational and operational tools. They do not constitute financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice. You remain responsible for validating outputs and decisions made using our products, including any AI-generated content.
9. Limitation of Liability
Kyootek's products and services are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Kyootek is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our templates, course, prompts, or advisory deliverables.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continued use of kyootek.io after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction of residence.
